Writerly

I am “writerly” — everything I do in life, I do with my writer’s hat on. I can’t just watch a movie, I have to review it. I can’t just run a small publishing business, I have to write about it.

I am a science writer in Vancouver, Canada. My claim to fame is that I make a half decent living selling ebooks about common pain problems like muscle pain at SaveYourself.ca, and if there’s any reason to read this blog, that success story is probably it — I’m a writer who pays the rent.

This blog is where I don’t need to worry about writing for my supper. I write what I want here. But I do tend to focus on the business and craft of writing and publishing + science and technology + books, films & other arty stuff.
